Fertilizers are chemical in nature and these are manufactured in factories. Manure is an inorganic substance that is obtained from decomposition of vegetable and animal wastes. Microbes are needed to form manure since they degrade the organic substances. Fertilizers are easy to transport ,store and apply to crops.

Manure-

 \implies Manure provides a lot humus to the soil.

 \implies Manure is relatively less rich in plant nutrients.

Fertilizers-

 \implies Fertilizer is a man- made inorganic salt.

 \implies Fertiliser is prepared in factories.

 \implies Fertilizer doesn't provide any humus to the soil.

 \implies Fertilizers are very rich in plant nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
