Friction is evil because:-

> It wears out soles of shoes, It heats up machines causing accidents, It causes tyres of cars to sometimes burst, it slows down planes, trains etc.

firction is both frien and a foe:

friend :

because it gives us a grip ie friction is what makes us able to hold a pen write and hence write something. makes the pin to stand attached to the wall. (support it with other advantages of friction points)

a foe: it results in loss of energy in the form of heat. eg increase friction lead to expansion of rail lines and also causes the expansion of electric transmmision. it is also a reason for forest fires in jungle due to the friction between leaves and leaves or leaves and branches of leaves. (support it with other disadvantages of friction points)
