global warming leads to melting of icecaps in polar regions this increase in mean sea level which further leads to flooding in low lying areas we can solve this problem by checking production of greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide methane etc

Answer:

  • Due to many factors the overall temperature of our planet is increasing day by day this phenomenon is called global warming.
  • Global warming has triggered climatic changes throughout the globe.
  • This change in climate is the reason for many icebergs to melt therefore triggering and increase in overall sea level.
  • When the sea level rises the low lying areas would be the first to get flooded.
  • Planting more trees would allow the greenhouse gases (like \mathrm{CO}_{2}) to decrease and thus reduce the heating up of the planet.
