Explanation:
the diaphram is situated below the lungs, when we breath in the diaphram contracts and moves downwards allowing your chest to expand to fill it with air inside. And when we breath out the diaphram relaxes and gets upwards allowwing the air to get out ...thus helping us in respiration ........
