Explain how myosin structure relates to its function as a motor protein

It can digest by trypsin. It is double helical structure. Thick filament is made up of myosin . Thick filament is responsible for transmitting impulse. It contain active binding site and actin binding site. Actin binding site will bind to thin filament and impulse is transmitted. Thin filament overlaps upon thick filament while contraction.
