Insulin causes blood glucose levels to drop, which signals the pancreas to stop producing insulin in a negative feedback loop. Hormonal stimuli refer to the release of a hormone in response to another hormone. A number of endocrine glands release hormones when stimulated by hormones released by other endocrine organs.

Negative means r u referring to like stress.yes stress affects the bodies hormones negatively.stress releases cortisol hormone which impeded the growth gy hampering the effets of growth on the body.

Also, ill give u an example .your body produces testorene and other good gormones like dopamine when u go to gym and lift weight and do a little bit of cardio but when u over do the weight lifting and excercise the body realeases stress hormone which like u asked negatively impacts the body and reducing the yield.on the long run negative behaviour or whatever u may call impedes neurological functions, can reduce cognitive function and development and can cause neurolofgical diseases called parkinson alzhemier and dementia, etc etc

Or i may say 'chinta hi chita hai'
