amoeba is uni cellular eukaryotic organism. mode of nutrition is holozoic which is a type of heterotrophic mode of nutrition.its takes nutrition by two process
1. phagocytosis
2. pinocytosis
it takes food in by the process of endocytosis(engulfing the food).
when the food particle is near it opens it's pseudopodia and forms a food vacuole. after digesting the food the remaining food comes out through pseudopodia. the food is digested by enzymes present in amoeba . and remaining comes out. it is an omnivores feeding on both plants and animals.
