Explanation:

Firstly, India and Pakistan don't have very good relationship that it will affect also. But yes it has affected and maybe it will affect more as Pakistan get water from India many river or tributaries from India goes to Pakistan like Sutluj, Ravi, Jhelum, Chenab and few more.

There had been conflict also between India and Pakistan on the basis of mountain. It was the Siachen War.
