Plants cells obtain oxygen by the following ways:-
1) At daytime during the process of photosynthesis plant release oxygen and takes in carbon dioxide but at nighttime plant takes in oxygen and gives out carbon dioxide.
2) When we put water in the soil, the roots present at the lower ends of the plants absorb the water and these roots are connected to xylem tissues which carries water to all parts of the plant and as we all know that water is rich in oxygen and therefore oxygen gets transported to each and every part of plant body.
3) Also during photosynthesis also plants do not releases all the amount of oxygen but some amount they preserve inside them for emergency conditions.
