Explain how power is shared among different organs of the government?​

like in India power has been divided Into three organs that are :-

executive

legislature

and

judiciary

The Legislature: It is the law and policy making body.

executive is responsible for the effective implementation of the laws/ policies passed by the Legislature.

and the judiciary used to check that the implementation of the law has been working in all the areas or not

i) Power is shared among different organs of the government, such as the legislature, executive and judiciary.

(ii) Such a separation ensures that none of the organs can exercise unlimited power. Each organ checks the others.  

(iii) This results in a balance of power among various institutions. This arrangement is called a system of checks and balances.
