Resistance will increase with the decrease in its  material's length since, resistance  is inversely  proportional to increase in its length.

so , resistance will increase by four times if the length is halved.

Resistance decreases when the radius is doubled as the electrons will suffer less repulsions and obstruction.

so, the resistance will be be one-fourth if the radius is doubled (when radius is doubled the area of cross section increases by four times)
