See if there is a hifi school then there students speak english hindi french or any other language they try to copy teachers how they pronounce each word. For eg if we want to learn how to speak english frankly then we can because we speak english in school all the time. If we are not studying in hifi school then they should take extra classes. Some students are intelligent and easily speak. But it depends on student if he/she wants to learn or not.
