Science influences the entire society in the following ways: 

(i) It provides evidence and knowledge about different aspects of life. 

(ii) It provides perception of ideas and mindsets.

(iii) Scientific developments and advancements also help develop and advance the society/lifestyle of the people. 

An example of how science influences the whole society is the Renaissance period in Europe. The society in Europe was influenced by scientific developments and scientific knowledge. 


The society influences scientific development in the following ways: 

(i) The values of the society create perception. 

(ii) Social bias is also created while coming to scientific conclusions. 

(iii) The norms of the society are a part of the scientific developments.
