Self-Pollination is favored in Cleistogamous flowers:

The type of pollination in which the pollen from anther flower falls on the stigma of same flower it is called as self pollination.  Clesitogamous flowers or closed flowers are types of flower which remains closed throughout its life cycle.

Due to this, there is no chance of entry of pollen from other plants as well as the entry of insects with pollen from other plant. Thus it can pollinate through the pollen grain available in its own anther only.
