hey mate here your answer ☺☺

Sexual reproduction causes more viable variations due to the following reasons:
1.Error in copying of DNA, which are not highly significant.
2. Random segregation of paternal and maternal chromosome at the time of gamete formation.
3. Exchange of genetic material between homologous chromosomes during formation of gametes.
4. Accumulation of variations occurred due to sexual reproduction over generation after generation and selection by nature created wide diversity.
In case of asexual reproduction, only the very small changes due to inaccuracies in DNA copying pass on the progeny. Thus, offsprings of asexual reproduction are more or less genetically similar to their parents. So, it can be concluded that evolution in sexually reproducing organisms proceed at a faster pace than in asexually reproducing organisms.

Here is your answer

Sexual Reproduction gives rise to more variable variations than asexual reproduction because....
» To understand it... first of all we have to know that what is Sexual Reproduction....??
Sexual Reproduction :- In which two parents are involved...
• In Sexual Reproduction offsprings receive 50% genetic information from father and 50% from mother... and the dominant characters are expressed in it...
There is no exact copies in Sexual Reproduction... there are minor differences in them and that minor differences are known as Variations...
• Also because of exchange of DNA between the homologous chromosomes during the process of meiosis which is known as Crossing over... also leads to more variations...
» On the other hand in Asexual Reproduction only one parent is required and and also there is exact copies or carbon copies offsprings are produced by an individual or organism.... which leads to less variations...
» So in Sexual Reproduction variations are more than Asexual Reproduction... Due to this the organisms/individuals which reproduce sexually can live in unfavorable conditions [like absence of water, temperature etc.]
• Also they can transmit their characters in their offsprings which leads to continuous of evolution in them....
