Explain how some gases like CNG, PNG, LPG can be filled in cylinders.

because when there is more evaporation in cylinders the water vapour releases and due to the release in water vapour the pressure inside the cylinder increases and due to increase in pressure vapour gets condensed to liquid.So the gases can be filled on cylinders
