G is inversly proportional to (R+h) whole square...which means that if height increases than gravity decreases and similiarly vice versa.
SO DUE TO VARIATION IN HEIGHT THE ACCELERATION DUE GRAVITY IS DIFFERENT ACCORDING TO AREA.
