The attribution made by an Actor would be different from that of an observer:
- The Actor-observer attribution is different when the outcomes are negative.
- When people are the actors then they cannot see their own actions, but when they are observers they can easily observe the behavior of other people.
- Because of this attribution difference there will be chance of misunderstandings and more arguments.
