• Also known as short-sightedness and near-sightedness.

# Correction -

• Myopia is managed with providing patients with concave lens (negative leans) in the form of spectacles or contact lenses.
• Some surgeries are also there but not preferred.

* Trick for exams negative lens means myopia & positive lens means hypermetropia.
