bcz all the other countries follow all rules bt some countries which have power like usa, are nt following the rules such as usa still provides the labourers with benefits so they are abel to sell it for less price in all other countries and they suffers...

since most of the countries are members of UN so theyobey rules and regulations of UN but developed countries like USA UK are the holders of veto power which enablea them to go against un and its rules.
