explain how the meteorites are useful to investigate the beginning 0f the universe

kvnmurty: some of the meteorites are probably from collisions that occurred millions of years ago far away... perhaps from the big bang that happened.. so one could find from the composition of these meteorites, the atmosphere and the substances that were existing at that time.. Some investigation would be possible. Scientists look at the radio active nature and other possible parameters like heat, pressure, density etc.
