Explain how, the milk which we get from cow actually comes from grass

When cows graze on grass they swallow it half chewed and mix it with water in their first stomach called the Rumen. It is here that the digestion process starts. In the Reticulum thegrass is formed into small wads called 'cuds'.

Cows feed themselves with the grasses which r plants only....N by eating those grasses only,they r able to provide us with milk....
By this way indirectly the milk comes from the plants .
