The shoot of a plant moves towards light because it uses phototrophic movement to go towards the sunlight as any plant needs sunlight to perform photosynthesis. Example - All green plants.

The touch me not plant is also called chhui mui. It belongs to the Mimosa family. When we touch them, they begin to fold up and droop. The leaves of this plant move very quickly in response to touch. There is no growth involved in this movement.
