If we see Ursa major in the sky we have to see the last two pointer stars of the constellation, then we have to imagine a straight line passing through the the north side ,we will then find a star after extending the line towards north then we can find a star which is not so bright in colour and that is pole star

Answer: To find the Ursa Major follow the instructions. Locate the quadrilateral of Ursa Major. Locate the 2 stars on the far side of it. Join these two stars with an imaginary line and extend it towards the top of the ladle. It will lead you to a faint star which appears stationary. This star is Pole Star.

Hope it helps you.
