Pesticides contain chemicals that are used to kill insects and pests, but there is also a side affect from these pesticides..... they actually pollute the soil... Not only soil but it also pollutes the water by the process of Leaching.Leaching is a process of wearing of pesticides into water which pollutes the water and organisms in it. It is very dangerous when pesticides enter the river. At first the farmer sprinkles pesticides on the plant to keep away the pests... when pesticides reach the ground, it pollutes the soil and capacity of retaining water... After sometime the water moves to the way of water, this process is called Leaching. And when pesticides reaches water it pollutes the whole water and also the organisms in it dies.
SO NEXT TIME WE SHOULD PREVENT PESTICIDES TO GET IN WATER BODIES...
