methyl orange,phenolphthalein,litmus paper

the pH value of bases will be more than 7 up to 14

Answer:

By pH paper , if solution are below 7 then it is acidic and if above 7 then basic , if solution result is 7 then neutral . we can check it by litmus paper , put some drops of solution in litmus paper and according to changing of color you understand solution are acidic or basic .
