Explain how we can fill a dropper with ink.

Ink dropper consists of a tube with a hole at the end and a bulb at the other end. When you keep it in ink and press the bulb,you push out some air. Due to the dipping of it in ink,some ink gets into the tube. When you release the bulb, a vacuum gets created at the region of the bulb.
