Answer:

Chemical digestion begins in the mouth when food mixes with saliva. Saliva contains an enzyme (amylase) that begins the breakdown of carbohydrates. (An enzyme is a protein that can catalyze certain biochemical reactions). Food is chewed into smaller pieces.

Answer:

the food we eat is chewed by our teeth and it gets mixed with saliva to make food moist so that it can pass through oesophagus ( foodpipe )

now the moist food is passed through foodpipe and reaches the stomach , here several digestive enzymes acts on food , after that food is passed through small intestine to absorb food fully ,now it is pass in large intestine to absorb water and finally thrown out of body through Anus.
