For Becoming a Manager in banks your first task is to clear Bank Po Exam that is being conducted by IBPS every year And SBi conducts its own exam for POS...BY working as a PO ,,YOu would be promoted as manager as per bank rules..

For applying Pos you can have the following criteria:

1.You have to pass your graduation with minimum 55%

2.Age limit is 21 to 28

In every exam you have to clear 

1.Written Exam

2.Personal Interview

2.Reasoning
