It can be referred as the way in which a person can interpret the information he or she senses.


When any object is seen, an image is formed on retina of the eye.


After that the electrical signals are generated and those signals were sent to the brain through the optical nerve and perceive that particular object.


Thus we can perceive the object.

When image is formed on the retina. The light sensitive cells of retina gets activated and they generate electrical signals. These signals are send to the brain by optic nerves for interpretation.
