To keep our eyes healthy :-
i) we should exercise our eyes (seat in Mudra asan , keep our head constant and roll our eyes from side to side as much as we can ) at least for 15 min per day.
ii) We must sleep at least for 8 hours a day . Through this our eyes gets enough rest.
iii) We should eat carrots and fruits rich in Vitamin C.
iv) When we wake up early in the morning we should use the water which was use to rinse our mouth to wass our eyes.
v) People with eyes problem should meet the doctor every 6 months and use spectacles .
vi) We should not watch more television or mobile.
vi) We shouldn't look directly at the sunlight .
vii) We can keep slices of cucumber over our eyes.
viii) We shouldn't use non-branded make-up items for our eyes.
