1. Limiting the time of watching Electronic gadgets- Most kids use mobile for more than 1 hour and watch TV as well. This can cause serious damage to eyes. Therefore, time to watch TV and other gadgets should be limited.
2. Intake of Vitamin A- Vitamin A can imporve our eyesight.
3. Taking appropriate amounts of Proteins and Vitamins- Eyesight damage can also be caused by Vitamin Deficiency
