Over the years I have indeed had Social Changes enter themselves into the Work Environment. As management, one must recognize these as 2 Distinct Changes.

Change Number 1. As we gain greater knowledge of ourselves as Humans, we know that no one Race or Sex is smarter, quicker, more efficient than the others. This with Proper Training, from the Top, Down, and regular and equally maintained, is easily accepted as a “Normal Advancement.”

Change Number 2. Legislated Morality, for whatever altruistic purpose, never completely succeeds. Neither in the Workplace nor in the education system. The reason for failure and the resulting distrust and group seperation, “Fairness". Fair is an indefinable word and an unusable word in the Natural progression of any process, material, or species.
