Explain how you would deal with the changes you identified to counter any negative impact on your success as a student or employee

Answer  :   I would simply do the assignments, pay attention to lectures, basically be an ordinary student. If a college wants to force social change on it’s students, then I would definitely do the above until I got out of school. Then I would probably go have a talk with the head of the school because I couldn't be given bad grades or ostracized by teachers or students. Object is to get you degree, not play their idiot games.
