Explain how zinc is obtained from sulphide and carbonate ores? Differentiate between the two giving chemical reactions

Hello mate

2ZnS+3O2 = 2ZnO + 2SO2( roasting)

ZnCO3 = ZnO + CO2 (calcinationl

now...we get ZnO and then we reduce it using CO

ZnO + C = Zn + CO
