Here is your answer,

==========================================

HYPOTONIC SOLUTION

A hypotonic solution is one in which the concentration of solutes is greater inside the cell than outside of it

HYPERTONIC SOLUTION

hypertonic solution is one where the concentration of solutes is greater outside the cell than inside it.

ISOTONIC SOLUTION

An isotonic solution is one that has the same osmolarity, or solute concentration, as another solution.

If these two solutions are separated by a semipermeable membrane, water will flow in equal parts out of each solution and into the other.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOUU :)

AND STAY BLESSED.

Answer:

Hypertonic Solution :

When the medium surrounding a cell is concentrated i.e. when water [medium] is less around the cell as compared to inside the cell,

The water from the cell moves outside the cell through osmosis.

Such solutions are known as Hypertonic Solution.

Hypotonic Solution :

When the medium surrounding cell is dilute i.e.the water concentration is higher outside the cell .And cell will gain water [medium] through Osmosis

Such solution are called Hypotonic Solution.

Isotonic Solution :

When the medium surrounding the cell and inside the cell is same , no changes occurs. The cell will neither loose water [medium] or gain it .

Such solutions are known as Isotonic Solution.

hope it helps you :)
