EXPLAIN :- (i) the use of carbon tetrachloride as fire extinguisher is not very safe .

When carbon tetrachloride contacts with high heat, phosgene gas is formed.Phosgene is a chemical. If we use carbon tetrachloride in a small room as an extinguisher,it will extinguish the flame and kill the person using it.
