Explain IE^1 <IE^2<IE^3​

whenever one electron is removed, force of attraction increases so due to this nucleus will hold electrons more strongly. So when we want to remove second electron a very high amount of energy will be required as nucleus will hold electrons more strongly. Similarly more energy will be required to remove third electeon. Thus IE1<1E2<IE3.
