see there is a huge advantage of warming up in sports as if we are normal and the body is cool our muscles are in relax mode and if we do sudden fight or anything we can suffer from cramps.. or our body will not play according to us. and if we warm up first our muscles will get ready for further exercises. hope this will help you.
