Man is a social being. And he has to live in a society but he will be distinguished via the society, his works, and his many perspectives which are needed. So the govt. also play a good role in it, like a king looks after his kingdom, he takes care. Now people decide who would be their leader by majority vote. A perfect society will possess all those qualities that make it perfect.

in simple terms I think there should be no government of society but there should be a Society of science ideal people and Society of sceptical people government only rules the societies but they should control the mind
