Explain in brief the working of RFID.

RFID is “Radio-Frequency Identification” which is the technology that mainly establishes digital data encoded in the RFID tags with the smart labels.

RFID captured by reader via radio waves and it is also similar to that of barcoding data for label or tagging that is captured by devices storing data in database.

RFID belongs to the group of technologies Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC).
