eg typhoid... now how it spreads...You go out side your house you dont see some water which has microbes and accidentally put your leg in it..then go home and put your leg everywhere...from outside the microbes are inside the house..then you drop a food item and don't care to wash it and eat it now from yur home it's in your body..
