Hey mate !!
Here's your answer !!
1. Isomers : These are compounds with same molecular formula but having different structural formula.
Example : Isomers of Pentane are:
1. N - Pentane
2. Iso - Pentane
3. Neo Pentane
2. Isobars - These are compounds having different atomic number but same mass number.
Examples of Isobars :
Calcium and Argon have atomic number 20 and 18 respectively. But they have the same mass number 40.
3. Isotopes - These are elements having same atomic number but different mass number. Mass number refers to the atomic weight of the element.
Examples of Isotopes :
Carbon has atomic number 6 but has different mass number with 12 and 14. Carbon 12 is used in daily life and Carbon 14 is used for radioactive dating method.
4. Isotones - Elements having same number of neutrons but different number of protons are called Isotones.
Example of Isotones :
Carbon and Boron have same number of neutrons which is 6 neutrons. But Boron has 5 protons whereas Carbon has 6 protons in it's nuccleus.
5. Isoelectrone - Elements having same number electrons and valence electrons. Elements of this type are mostly chemically similar in reactivity.
Examples of Isoelectrones :
Sodium and Flourine have the same number of electrons. That is 10 and same number of valence electrons of 1.
Hope my answer helped !!
Cheers !!
