for example ,

1 . most metals have a high boiling point wheras non metals have a low melting point

2.most metals have high density whereas most non metals are less dense

3.most metals are good conductors of heat and electricity whereas most non metals are not

note that MOST is very important in the above answer as each category has some exceptions
