Secondary sexual characteristics are defined as the external characteristics which differentiates men from women an appear during puberty with some physical changes.
Female sexual characteristics involves breast development, increase or decrease in voice pitch, widening of pelvic girdle, increase in height and perspiration, beginning of menstruation, growth of underarm hairs as well as pubic hair, formation of mature ova, changes in quantity and distribution of fats etc.
