Explain in detail that how water is a homogeneous mixture

first let me explain Homogenous in layman terms, Homogenous is something uniform throughout and cannot be separated by simple filtration.

water is a homogeneous mixture since the components of water are blended so that it looks like a single substance, since you only see water and nothing else. eg tap water, sea water etc.

Heterogenous mixtures are mixtures in which the separate components that make up the substance are visible, for example the mud water.

Hence water can heterogeneous as well, depends upon the water you are taking about.

But in general parlance, yes it's Homogenous.
