\large{\underline{\rm{\blue{Male\:reproductive\:system:-}}}}

→ A pair of testes lying one on each lateral side in the 4th - 6th abdominal segments.

• Each testis → a thin vas deferens + seminal vesicle ejaculatory duct → male gonopore.

Seminal vesicles:- To store sperms. Sperms are glued together in the form of bundles called spermatophores which are discharged during copulation.

Accessory glands:- Include a mushroom gland and phallic gland. Their secretions nourish the sperms.

External genitalia:- Include male gonapophysis or phallomere.

\pink{\underline{\underline{\sf{Male\: Reproductive \:system}}}}

  • A pair of testes
  • A pair of gas deferens
  • One ductus ejaculatories.
  • Mushroom gland
  • Seminal vesicles
  • Gonapophyses.

1) \underline{\sf{Tests:}}

\bigstar The Male reproductive system consists of a pair of testes.

\bigstar These are elongated and global structure lime one on each lateral side in the 4th to 6th abdominal segments they are embedded in the fat bodies .

2)\underline{\sf{Vasdeferens:}}

\bigstar From the posterior end of each testis their start sitting duct the Vasdeferences .

\bigstar They Run backwards and forwards to open into a wide median duct the Ducts ejaculatory areas in the seven segment .

3)\underline{\sf{Mushroom\: Shaped\: Gland}}

\bigstar It is present in the sixth and seventh abdominal segments which functions as an accessory reproductive gland .

\bigstar This gland consists of two types of tubules .....

  1. Untriculi majores.
  2. Untriculi breviores

utriculi majores:-

  • These are long Slender tubules there also known as peripheral tubules

  • Secretions of this form an inner layer of the spermatophore.

utriculi breviores:-

  • These aur short to be used their secretions Nourish the sperms these two bills open into the anterior part of ejaculatory duct

4) \underline{\sf{Seminal\:Vesicles}}

\bigstar They are present on the ventral surface of the ejaculatory duct.

\bigstar These sacs store the sperms in the form of bundles called "spermatophores".

5) \underline{\sf{Gonopore:}}

\bigstar The ejaculatory duct is a muscular tube that extends post really and opens at the Gonopore.

\bigstar phallic gland also opens near the gonopore its function is not known.

6) \underline{\sf{Phallomers}}

\bigstar Around the gonopore kitten ears asymmetrical structures are present called phallic organs.

\bigstar These are the male external genital.
