⚫ it is not a permanent house, it can be dissolved by the president of india and its session can be scheduled for next time.

⚫it has a five year term.

⚫only lok sabha has the power to pass money bills.

➡RAJYA SABHA :-

⚫ it is permanent house, it cannot be dissolved by the president of india.

⚫only 1/3rd of its members retire at the end of every 2 years.

⚫it has no power to pasd money bills but can pass other bills.
