Explain in detail transport system in plants

Answer:The transportation system in plants is mainly composed of two tissues -xylem and phloem

Xylem tissue is responsible for transportation of minerals and water in plants.

Phloem is responsible for transportation of nutrients and food in plants. The food prepared by leaves is transferred in other parts through phloem tissue.
