Forts and coins are a very important and accurate source of history. The forts for example: Tell is what were the building materials of that time. They also depict the architectural style of that particular period of time. On the other hand, coins usually had the face of the king during whose reign it was made and was in use. They also tell about the metals used during the time period and if not the ruler’s face then it had an important symbol usually related to the people’s religion or culture which also helps us better understand the cultural and religious diversity of that period of time.
